SLFE provides full process engineering services across all project phases, covering upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas as well as refining and utilities systems. Our expertise includes process design, process simulation, thermo-hydraulic calculations and pipeline networks, as well as the development of standard process deliverables: Process Basis, PFDs and P&IDs etc. We also conduct process engineering for design, concept, adequacy, debottlenecking studies and facilitate PHA and HAZOP workshops to ensure safe and operable process design.

We have dedicated Flare and Flow Assurance teams which provide in-depth expertise and the ability to analyze and provide practical solutions to complex problems.

Our capabilities extend across a wide range of facilities, including oil and gas wells, separation systems, potable water, produced water and industrial wastewater treatment, gas processing; compression and dehydration, NGL production, flare and blowdown systems; vapor and flare gas recovery, utilities, storage facilities, sulfur recovery and handling, and marine, truck, and rail loading systems.
